Is your organisation interested in becoming member of the European Network of Living Labs?

To support this development of the network, CORELABS and CLOCK EU Coordination Actions have announced: A European Network of Living Labs expression of interest for the 2´nd wave of ENoLL

Please adress your organisations answers (max. 400 words) to the following questions:

  • Why does Your Living Lab want to join the network?
  • What can You contribute to the network?
  • Describe a case(proof-of-concept); one of your success stories
  • What are Your plans for making your Living Lab sustainable?

For your expression of interest to be taken into account in planning and future development of the Network, kindly enter it latest May 16 2007.

How to enter your expression of interest?

  1. If you have earlier registered yourself at www.ami-communities.eu, please click directly here. You also will then see, what others have said already and you always can modify your text.
  2. If you have not registered earlier, register as a user, look for the email confirmation, then login and fill in the expression of interest.

This expression of interest is for interested organisations becoming member of the European Network of Living Labs. There will be in May 2007 an open call for membership applications for Living Labs willing to enter the "2nd wave" of the European Network of Living Labs, to be launched in Portugal in October 2007.

The results of this expression of interest will be publicly available, under the Creative Commons conditions of www.ami-communities.eu. It is only allowed to use the contact details of the contributors of this expression of interest for purposes directly linked to the European Network of Living Labs and Living Labs Open Innovation Community.

This expression of interest supports the launch by the Finnish Presidency of a European Network of Living Labs on 20th November 2006, as a step towards a new European Innovation System (EIS). The initiative aims to support co-creative research and innovation for people to play an active role to better serve their needs. A European Network of Living Labs is a business-citizens-government partnership within a European Innovation Space. At the same time a Living Labs Open Innovation Community was launched to bring together all interested individuals for information sharing, dialogue and co-creation. The 2´nd wave of the European Network of Living Labs is forseen to be launched during the Portugese EU-presidency in October 2007 followed by a 3´rd wave during the Slovenian EU-presidency in 2008.
